At Home

The Mayoress of Morley, Councillor Lesley Gettings invited ladies who do voluntary work for charities or community groups to join her in the civic rooms of Morley Town Hall for the Mayoress’s “At Home”.  All those invited were asked to wear a hat or fascinator.

The ladies were entertained by Pat Langham, former Head of Wakefield Girls High School and Dan Patchett, the Michael Buble tribute act.

Drinks and canapes were saved and all monies raised from the event were donated to The Save the Children Fund.
