Morley’s Annual Poppy Appeal Concert

Last year the Morley Branch of the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal broke all records by raising £38,000 from their collections in Morley.

The Band of the West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue contact the Morley branch of the British Legion offering to hold a concert on Saturday, 11th November to support this year’s Poppy Appeal target for Morley of £40,000.

Tickets will be £5.00 and all proceeds from ticket sales will go to the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.  Tickets are available from Althams Travel, Morley Library and the Town Council office (lower ground floor).

This event is sponsored by the Royal British Legion and the Mayor of Morley, Councillor Robert Finnigan on behalf of Morley Town Council.

Councillor Finnigan hopes you will support the Morley Branch of the British Legion and the fabulous work they do and help them to achieve their goal.
